Q:What if I find my product is already listed?

If you find your product is already listed, please contact our operations manager "yunyingxiaowanzi" on WeChat to claim your product. Once claimed, you can update product info, manage releases, and gain more visibility.

Q:How can my product make it to the Activity or Treasure Board?

The Activity Board is based on objective metrics like recent update frequency and continuous maintenance time. The Treasure Board focuses on user ratings, authentic positive reviews, and issue response quality. We encourage consistent maintenance over burst updates.

Q:My product is feature-complete and bug-free, so I don't need frequent updates. Will this affect my ranking?

Long periods of inactivity will be flagged as "low activity", affecting Activity Board visibility. However, if your product has excellent authentic reviews, it can still be featured on the Treasure Board. We recommend posting at least a quarterly maintenance note.

Q:I've released an update, why hasn't my status changed immediately?

Metric calculations are performed daily, and data fetching has some latency. Please allow 24-48 hours. If it's not synced after 3 days, please submit feedback for manual review.

Q:Can I request to be removed from the boards?

Absolutely. We respect every developer's wishes. You can submit a removal request via our feedback channels or contact operations to hide or completely remove your product.
